Leases at Belle Vue Court include a section about pets – no pets are allowed to be kept at the building.
This condition of the lease is for the benefit of all residents. It aims to ensure that noise, smells and detritus caused by animals does not affect other residents.
In exceptional circumstances residents may seek written permission for a pet to be allowed. Consideration will only be given to “assistance dogs” and only when the application is made by, or for, a leaseholder living in the property. This must be done in advance of the animal being moved to the property. Owners should contact the Managing Agents for more information.
