Late night parties and music
There should be no disturbance to others after midnight so if you are planning a party or playing music please think of others who might not want to hear it.
Please ask your guests to be as quiet as possible when leaving the building.
Building works
When any work is being carried out consideration must be given to the noise and disturbance this may cause to other people living in the block
No mechanical equipment (drills, hammers etc) should be used between 5:00pm and 9:00am and should be avoided at weekends.
