Storage shelves have been installed in the basement workshop area and these can be used by residents to store items that are clearly marked with a flat number.
All items are stored at the owners risk and Belle Vue Court Freehold Company Limited or its agents accept no liability for any items stored.
Items that cannot fit onto the shelves cannot be stored in the area without permission. Permission may only be granted if the items are boxed, clearly marked and are not a fire hazard or likely to cause an obstruction. Email info@bellevuecourt.co.uk if you wish to ask permission to store items that will not fit onto the shelves provided.
No items are permitted to be stored in other public areas of Belle Vue Court.
Items left in public areas will be disposed without notice.
